Cheater! Levi x Reader| Too Late

You walked around your house, Your boyfriend, Levi Ackerman, was doing some 'extra time' at his office. You knew something was up, He has been acting more distant and doesn't give you any time, He comes home late.. You had the assumption that he was cheating. You knew to trust your gut that he was cheating on you, You even stayed late to smell some female perfume on him. It was faint, But it always drew some conclusions. You sighed, sitting down on the sofa, You stopped doing everything around the house, From cleaning, To cooking dinner. You listened to his car park, Making you look at the door with an empty look. You heard him fumble with the keys and open the door. He had sex hair.. You would know since you always did that to his hair. His tie was half done, His buttons were torn off, and he looked tired. He looked at you with a distant look and you smiled softly

"Hey. Where were you?" He just looks at you and sighs.

"I had more work than I thought" He took off his shoes and started walking toward your room.

"Yeah.. That's what I thought" You mumble, Looking at his retrieving form.


"Who's is this?!" You yelled making his eyes widen slightly, and he chokes on his coffee.

"That is yours. I bought it for you" He said making you scoff.

"Oh yeah. Why didn't you give it to me? Why hide it from me?" You say through gritted teeth. 

"I wanted it to be a surprise" He says bluntly.

"Ah yes" You put a hand on your chin.

"Where is the nice packaging? The letter you would always leave?" He stays quiet making you smile softly.

"Levi.. Are you cheating on me?" He stays quiet, shaking his head.

"No" You chuckled.

"I knew it"

You were grocery shopping for dinner when you got a call from your bestfriend Hanje.

"Hey sugar" You say quietly as you picked some frozen food for Levi. You threw it onto the cart and continued on.

"Hey! How are you doing?" He sounded happy, and that made you smile.

"I could be better."

"Whats wrong?"

"Levi has been distant lately. He goes home late.. and he doesn't spend time with me anymore. He said he had some heavy work today, and won't be home until late hours" You could literally feel him raise an eyebrow.

"He left two hours ago. Erwin doesn't give him much work anymore so he could spend more quality time with you" Your heart stops.

"Ah. Yeah" You smile softly, tears threatening to escape your eyes.

"I need to go"

"Wait-!" You hung up, looking at your feet.

"I knew he wasn't worth it. I could just have stayed with Erwin" You said softly, Starting to move the cart to the cashier.

You drove home, Seeing Levi just get home. He had once again, Sex hair. You looked at him sadly, He wasn't the man you used to know. Now he was just cold. You get out of the car, Taking the bags with you. You slammed the door open with your foot. You see him, Over the counter, Looking at his fists.

"Levi?" You say bluntly as he turns around, his eyes enraged.

"Where is my dinner?"

You scoff. 

"Right here" You slam the bags on the table, Watching him start to rummage through the bags.

"You're not going to cook?"

"Do I look like a house wife? You can cook your damn self" You sit down on the couch, Turning on the TV he comes toward you, fists clenched tightly.

"Go cook" He growls as you look up lazily. 

"No" He slaps you. Your eyes widen, Standing up.

"Hit me. Hit me again. I Dare You. You better hit me hard enough for me to knock me out because when I get back up I'll swear I'll fucking murder you" He stares at you, then storm upstairs. You touch your cheek, Growling and putting a cold rag on it.

You slammed the door open, He shoots up, Staring at you tiredly.

"(Name).. I-I'm sorry.." He stand up, Trying to envelop you in a hug. You freeze, Letting him hug you.

"I-I wasn't thinking right.. I had a tough day at work.. Please.. Let me make it up to you.." He looks at you sadly, and you swear you could see some love shine in his eyes.

You feel him pull your chin up, kissing you softly. You missed these lips.. They felt so cold now.. Not warm and inviting. They felt cold and foreign to you. You feel him snake his hands around your waist, Pulling you closer to him. You slowly, hesitantly, wrap your digits around his neck. You feel him take off your shirt, You run your hands along his abs, He still went to the gym.. Without your knowing.. He picks you up and lays you on the bed.

You wake up feeling arms wrapped around your waist. You feel happy. Maybe he will tell you that he was just really working late.. And his secretary was wearing really heavy perfume and she really liked hugs.. Maybe his hair was like that because of all the times he ran his digits through it.  You snuggle up to him, Wanting to smell and feel him more. You felt kind of sore because of the action your felt last night. You prop yourself on your elbow, looking at his sleeping face. Maybe you should give him another chance.. Everyone deserves it..

You parked your car in special parking, Going inside the building, You smiled at the workers, And they smiled back. You got on the elevator, and pressed the button for his floor. You waited patiently, And when the doors opened, You stepped out, Seeing his boss Erwin..

"Hello Erwin. Beautiful day isn't it? Where is Levi? I made him some lunch" His eyes widen, Making you suspicious.

"Whats wrong?" You raise an eyebrow, But he just smiles softly.

"You can leave his food right here.." He eyes the bag, making you shake your head.

"No. I want to stay with him and stuff" You walk toward his office and you ignore his cries for you to stay. You were about to knock when you heard.. Voices.. inside the room.. No.. Moans are more like it.

"P-Petra.." You could hear your boyfriends voice moan and you gasp softly, tears running down your face.

"W-What about your g-girlfriend?"

"S-She won't know.. If we keep quiet" You shake your head, Running back toward the elevator before Erwin pulls you away. You cry in his arms, Not knowing what else to do.

Levi didn't know you had caught them yet, And due to that; He was more loving than ever, Buying you dinner, Taking you out. What he didn't know is that you long surpassed him in state of business. He was the seller, But you got a promotion, and was the secretary of the new CEO of the company, Survey Corp. You felt new, You felt happy. You walked out of the building, Got in your car and drove home. Getting there, You see Levi's car and someone else's. Your eyes tear up, It was finally time. Even though you felt nothing for Levi, It still hurt. It still hurt how many lies he told you. It hurt how many times you didn't know they did it in your house. Your bed. Your couch. You walk in, hearing moans and gasps. You stand in front of the bedroom door, Not ready to see what was behind it.

"L-Levi!" You hear a loud moan. That was the last straw. You slammed the door open, Catching them by surprise. You see him scramble to his feet, Putting on some clothes.

"(Name)! T-This isn't what you think!" You take a bag, putting all your possessions in it. 

"Then what is it Levi?! What happened to all those years we had together?! Was that all a joke to you?! Was playing with my heart fun to you?!"

You push him out of the way, Stomping down the stairs.

"P-Please (Name)! I- I love you!" You shove him away from you.

"No Levi. You don't. I'm coming back tomorrow for the rest of my stuff" You slam the door closed, getting inside the car and leaving.

After that scene, You left. Went far away. Stayed with Hanje and his roommate Erwin. Even though Erwin was the CEO, He still liked living with one of his best friends. You began to spend more time with Erwin, And that led to your first kiss together, And then to lovers, Then to proposing. This was all in a span of four years.

You kiss Erwin on the cheek, As he chuckles and kisses you softly.

"E-Erwin! Someone can catch us!"

"So? Let them catch us" You giggle, getting off him.

"Come on" You giggle.

"Lets get to work" You walk toward your office, gracing over the ring on your finger. You smile softly, Remembering when he proposed.

~Flashback~

He knew how you felt. When his wife left him.. He needed someone to comfort him. That's when you came in. He felt love for you.. But you went for his co-worker. Like every girl does. He went to your ex's apartment to get your stuff. You couldn't face him, That night, Erwin came back with a black eye. You began to stay at his house, and you started to fall in love with him.. Why couldn't you pick him? He had so much potential. You just went for someone who would break your fragile heart. 

He invited you to dinner one night, After three years of dating, You still felt butterflies in your stomach. It was the fanciest restaurant in down (And the most expensive. Everything was double and third digits) You found him sitting in your usual table, Your food already ordered. He still knew your favourite meal. he slid the chair for you, And pushed it in.

"Hey sweetheart" he kissed your cheek before sitting down.

"What is this?" Flower pedals were laid across the table, And you smile.

"Just wanted you to feel special" He grabbed your hand, Squeezing it.

After dinner, You both stayed and talked for a while.

"(Name) Can I ask you a question?"

"yeah babe. Anything"

He stood up from his chair and kneeled down.

"I love you so much (Name).. I want to spend the rest of my life with you.. Will you make me the happiest man..Will you marry me?" You started to cry, hugging him and screaming 'Yes, Yes, Yes!' You felt loved again. THIS was the man of your dreams.

You opened your door, Finding Levi standing there, Looking at the pictures of your wedding.

"(Name).." He says softly making you wince. 

"May I help you?" You ask, As he walks toward you. You walk to your desk, Taking out important papers you needed.

"I cant live without you. Please.. Take me back" He pleads as he hugs you. You push him off. After four years, He still looked broken, Even though he wanted to look professional. Petra left him short after, Not wanting to deal with a cheater. (And because you fired her right on the spot)

"Levi.." You say softly, Looking into his eyes. 

"You're too late." Your cold eyes bore into his, Watching him wince when you hissed those words to him.

"Please!" He pleads.

"Ask my husband. Maybe he'll have something to say about it" Glaring at him, You walk toward your husbands office. 

"-Security, Please make sure Mr. Ackerman leaves the building calmly" Your husband opens the door and places his hand on your shoulder.

Weren't you glad to be married to this man.
